PREPAID FUNDS
All funds paid to Data247 will expire one year from the date of payment, as required by our payment processor. Data247 has been in business since 2010 and has never applied this expiration to customer accounts; however, we reserve the right to do so.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds for unused portions of prepaid balances will be issued upon request. All other refunds will be considered on an individual basis.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

GOVERNING LAW
